Can you clarify the explanation on choice (B)?

If I did not get it wrong, it would be translated into

(NOT Evidence) UNLESS (In Mind)

~(Not Evidence) -> In Mind

= Evidence -> In Mind

NOT(In Mind) -> NOT(Evidence)

I was just wondering if that (In mind) status does not equivalently match (well known+adjusted) status.
