Hi! I'm in a similar situation but I'm going to apply now simply because I don't want to wait anymore. The question is if you truly believe your stats will increase and you are ok with waiting another year, I would wait and apply next cycle that way you won't be rushing. Also, some scholarships deadlines are Jan 1st and seats are filled. I would set up a study schedule and ensure you have the test scores by September. And really polish those essays.
