Aren't the custom illustrations reproductions of stuff that's already in the medical textbooks?

5/5 on hard! was getting discouraged at the earlier parts of this section but i got better towards the end!

I don't understand how B strengthens. How does the notion that it was not english increase the likelihood that it was latin? What if it was another language? Option A is a weak strengthener but it at least tells us he used some latin
