Combining Structural and Content Low Res?

Hi everyone! I've been watching some RC live classes and in them JY makes two columns (structural and content) for low res summaries. When I've been doing tests, I've only been making one column which contains structural low res, although I find I never really look at it while answering questions. I was curious if anyone here has tried including 1-2 words of content next to their structural low res, and how that's gone for them?
