I think the flaw of the tiger argument is due to the assumptions the reader has to draw for the conclusion to follow logically.

The premise states there are two ways to get the Disney genie pass. The first is through Mickey and "all the other members" must get it from Goofy. It states that he did not obtain it in one way, so it would logically follow that he would have to have obtained it in the other way (through Mickey).
