Thats funny to me because in the english language you can imply an argument simply in the way a statement of facts is made. For example, "She isn't a boy! She only wears skirts" is an argument, at least colloquially. But is this specific to the written language?

This is what I was thinking. The premise states that all members CAN NOW access Genie pass. That's a crucial phrase isn't it? "Can Now" indicates there were rules from before that might have had something to do with Walts status.
