@publicbenjamin638 So I was actually trying to pay attention to that during the test but the weird thing is that all 3 of my LR sections were 26 questions, which I thought was weird because that means my test added up to 102 total questions. But yeah, since they all had 26 questions, I'm not sure which one was experimental.
@ramseyerjosephine639.josephine Do you remember which section this question was from? I also had 3 LR sections and I remember this question but i can't recall what section it was from.
@publicbenjamin638 Yeah, I saw those haha my problem is that I'm blanking as to which section those questions were from so I was wondering if anyone knows. Maybe I should have clarified what i was confused about because even though I saw this list, I can't really remember which section they were from. Based on what I can remember, I think either section 3 or 4 was the experimental for me but i was wondering if anyone who took the same test can confirm that for me since I can't seem to remember which section these questions were from lol. I appreciate it though. What sections were LR for you?
Hey guys, so i took the Feb LSAT and i had three logical reasoning sections. I'm just wondering if anyone has figured out which one was experimental because i feel like it could really change my score depending on which one it was haha. If anyone knows and can help me figure it out, i'd appreciate it.
Hey guys, I'm just wondering where i indicate that i plan to take the FEB LSAT on my applications. I took the DEC LSAT and got a score I'm fairly happy with. However, i think that i can do better since i had 0 sleep the night before so I'm planning on taking it again in FEB but i want to send in my apps this weekend. Some schools I'm applying to give me the option to indicate whether or not I'm taking the FEB LSAT but others don't so I'm wondering where I can indicate this on my apps? thanks guys
Hey guys, so one of the schools I'm applying to has an optional section called disadvantage addendum and the prompt says "Please describe the socio-economic disadvantages you have overcome." How long should these be? What sorts of things are included in this? I'd appreciate any feedback. thanks!
@jhaldy10325 @gregoryalexanderdevine723 do you guys know if a "disadvantage addendum" is the same thing as a diversity statement? The prompt says to talk about any socio-economic disadvantages you have overcome. Or is that different from a diversity statement?
Hey guys, this might be a really silly question but do we need to include our names and a title for our personal statement? I finished mine and i realized I'm over the page limit by a few lines and I'm wondering if i have to leave my name and a title in there because if i don't, i can save space that way. thanks in advance!
@lawschoolstuff16866 ohhh okay i got you. so do you write a 'why x school' statement for every school you apply to separately even if they don't ask for one?
i think @gregoryalexanderdevine723 kinda answered my question. I meant where would i submit two different personal statements. I guess i can just add the second one under the addendum. @lawschoolstuff16866 is that what you meant?
@lawschoolstuff16866 How are you sending schools 2 personal statements though if you don't mind me asking?
@gregoryalexanderdevine723 Got it! thanks man. I might have to just mention that at least in the addendum then or something.
Do we have to talk about why we are applying to a particular law school in our personal statements? Some of the schools I'm applying to do not ask for a "Why School X?" type essay so do we have to talk about that in the personal statements even if it's not asked of us in the prompts?
@msami1010493 thanks, i appreciate it.
Yeah, thats what i read online too but how do we know if they use an electronic transfer service or not? @msami1010493 Sorry haha the answer might be obvious. I'm just not sure...
Hey guys so Im planning on sending LSAC my transcripts so i just wanted to clarify something. IF I directly order a transcript from my CC and university that I attended, do i still need the transcript request forms? I was planning on just going to my CC and requesting them to send in my transcripts. And then just order my transcripts to be sent from my university as well. I'm just not sure if I still need the transfer request forms or not? Thanks!
A similar thing happened to me where I'm usually strong on games but i got to game 4 with 10 minutes left on the clock and couldn't really figure out the game board so i ended up taking educated guesses for the entire last game. This also kind of shook my confidence for the final LR section. Either way, I'm keeping my score because i want a score on record to apply with and if I'm not happy with my score, I can always retake. I think u should keep your score.
Yeah, it does help. I actually ended up putting my CC under other institutions as well. I was just confused because it says "level attended" and i didn't know what to mark because none of them applied. I just ended up just marking Bachelors even though i didn't get my bachelors at CC obviously haha. @staciaglee275
Hey guys, this isn't really relating to the LSAT but I'm trying to figure out where we input the community college we attended on the Credential Assembly Service. Under "Bachelor's Degree-Granting Institution," I inputted the University that I attended but I don't see where we have to input our community college attended. What did you guys put it under? Thanks!
@olineali684 Yeah, Game 4 was pretty bad.(At least for me it was) I got to it with 10 minutes left on the clock but i struggled setting it up so I just gave it my best effort.
Thanks for all the feedback guys. I think I'm going to start working on my apps this week and then also add in LSAT studying starting next week again just in case I would have to retake. I'm going to try to do both at the same time until the scores get released.
@msami1010493 yeah idk why I said 3 weeks haha I think it comes out January 4th. I feel okay about the test but idk if I should take off a whole month while I wait for the results or not. Tough decision. That's why I was hoping to get some other opinions
Hey guys so I just took the DEC LSAT and my goal was to hit 165+. I didn't get sleep the night before at all (I don't really know why this happened...) so i went in today thinking I'm pretty screwed... But it ended up being not so bad apart from losing a bit of concentration during Section 3, which may have very well been the experimental section, and the last game. I felt like the test went good enough to where i might have hit my goal. However, since i won't know if thats the case or not, i was planning on completing my law schools apps by the time the scores get released and then deciding whether or not i want to keep studying for a FEB retake. Now, my question is, is this a good idea? Or is taking off 3 weeks to wait for the results and work on my apps too long of a break from the LSAT in case I would have to retake?
@publicbenjamin638 yeah and my experimental was also 26 questions so none of them had 25 questions, which makes it hard to figure out which one the experimental was.
