Really confused about this one, because the stimulus says S CAN harm aquatic life, doesn't necessarily mean that it will harm aquatic life. What if, even if one brand (Ecological friendly vs. notEF) has more S than the other, BUT all of the S just doesn't harm the aquatic life? Then the quantity of S wouldn't really matter. How can we just overlook the "can"? because I feel we must read "can" as "will" in order for (A) to weaken it.
I'm still very hesitant on answer choice (A). I can definitely see why (A) is better than the other answers.....but at the same time I'm very sure I did other questions where similar answer choices like (A) were wrong because in the stimulus "can" doesn't necessarily imply "will". And im not sure if we can say S has a proven propensity to do harm to the environment. Just frustrating because if i were to carry the assumptions i have to make for this question over to another question, I can get that question wrong.
