Proctor U is the worst. I tried to get technical support for over four hours yesterday. Disconnections, hang ups, they are incompetent and they just don't care. The people who I spoke with at LSAC itself are really nice and do try their best to help (in my experience). At one point, LSAC got in touch with ProctorU for me and said that they would be calling me in the next ten minutes to help me out; 24 hours later I still haven't heard from them. ProctorU finally rebooked me for Friday (and confirmed it twice). Today I got an email saying that my test was cancelled. I spoke with LSAC and they claim to have fixed it (but I still haven't gotten the confirming email for the make up tomorrow. Nightmare . . .
