I called them and, yes, your photo can be black and white but your identity must be clearly discernible. Exactly how clearly discernible is at the discretion of whoever at the test center signs you in. I asked if I could bring the passport photo I scanned in case the test center person didn't think my print out was clear enough. They said NO. I wouldn't risk forfeiting my exam because of a somewhat unclear photo so I'm printing it out at UPS. It's only 40 cents.

Thanks for all the advice everyone! Perhaps I should mention that when I review my wrong answers, occassionally it's a problem that stumps me but 95% of the time I realize it was a really stupid mistake from rushing and not reading all of the answer choices. On RC I take up all or almost all of the time but on LR I usually always have at least 5 min at the end to review my work. I only review questions I've circled though. I don't think I have enough time to review all of them and the questions I make stupid mistakes from rushing on are often uncircled ones so I don't review those. Ugh.

I've been stuck in the 175-177 range for the past 15ish practice tests. Any advice on moving up to a 180? I've been getting anywhere from 0-3 wrong total LR and 0-3 wrong RC. Sometimes I get a 178-180 but it's infrequent because I keep getting a couple wrong in both LR and RC. Tips from others who've moved up to the 178-180 range? What helped you to improve on LR and RC? Thanks!

this is absolutely a necessary assumption question! the word "must" in the question stem is a key indicator of it being a necessary not sufficient assumption q. "properly drawn" could indicate either a sufficient or necessary ass. It's not a key word for determining the question type. The key word is "must". Sufficient assumption question stems frequently use the word "if". For example, "the above conclusion can be drawn if which one of the following is assumed." Such a q. stem sets up a sufficient ass. question because it doesn't indicate that the a.c. is required in order for the conclusion to be drawn. Words like "must," "necessary," and "depends" indicate that the assumption is necessary for the conclusion to be drawn and thus a necessary assumption question. In this particular example, we have the word "must" in the q. stem.

I consistently PT high 160s-low 170s and am aiming to score 175+ on June LSAT. I've already been through all of the powerscore books. I feel very solid on LG (usually get -0 or -1) thanks to 7sage and lots of practice but I struggle with RC and LR. I want to perform as well on those sections as I do on LG. I'm considering purchasing the Manhattan LR and RC and/or LSAT Trainer. Recommendations/advice for someone trying to master LR and RC? Thanks!!!!

@.mot I think they might have been from the 3rd and last but i really don't know. why do you feel like the first was experimental?

@.mot it sounds like we may have had the same test form---mine was also a 25 q LR first and a 25 q third, 26 q LR was fourth. i'm still trying to figure out which one was experimental and hoping it was the first because i bombed it due to nerves. can't really remember which qs were in which section though i do think i remember two except questions being near the end of the first LR section

Wait...so those of us who had 3 LR, did we all have the same order? meaning section 1 was the experimental for all of us who had LR RC LR LR LG?

Confirm action

Are you sure?
