How is this not conditional? He says if attendance is low -> museum bankrupt? How is that not a conditional statement

I do not think this is a glitch- sometimes questions get flagged if you take more time on them then expected or if you return to it, etc. I have been using this platform for ~1.5 months now and there is for sure a pattern to BR. I recommend when this happens to rethink your answer, take time and then see if you can find any reason you might be wrong- if not it may have been right the whole time! Hope this helps!
