@sheldonfburnell896 That's really awful, I'm sorry to hear that. I had connectivity problems too. I submitted my complaint through the LSAC wesbite. I believe I just Googled "Submit LSAT Complaint," but I think it might be somewhere near in the "LSAT Status" tab
