I never took science past grade 10, and know nothing lol. Do people with 0 science knowledge have any tips on how to better understand them?

The loophole is great for someone with adhd. I have found that when I am not in the mood to apply myself, watching youtube videos for explanations, or starting the beginning steps of applications helps me get started, to dive into a study session. Goodluck!!
