Quick question, when doing practice tests are you supposed to take all 4 sections, and do you BR all 4 sections or just the three scored ones?

Hi everyone,
I studied for about 4 months last year and finished 85% of the CC and took two practice tests, but I stopped studying towards the end of December. Its been so hard for me to start studying again. Does anyone have any advice on how to start after you've taken a "break"? For reference, my strongest area is LG, and my weaker areas are LR and RC.
