Wrong, that phrasing is not talking about where they are literally placed in the stimulus. All conclusions follow from premises in an argument.

This question still confuses me a bit when thinking about how "strengthen" questions try to bolster the relationship between premise and conclusion. The premise here has to do with trash and the conclusion has to do with use, but option D does not strengthen that particular relationship. I feel as though it gives an additional reason for why paper is worse, but that is not directly impacting the relationship between the premise about trash and the conclusion about use. Still confused.
