This question relied on us assuming that the "very young" didn't use sunscreen and that contributed to the sunburn which led to skin cancer but in my opinion it's wrong to just flat out assume just because they got a sunburn when "very young" that they must not have been using sunscreen. You still get burns when using sunscreen in the real world and there's nothing in the correct answer that tells us they didn't use sunscreen.

Yup, same here. I guess it's a system wide issue.
