I get people are annoyed by the term swap (so was I) but I realize there's a difference between substituting words vs a term being an umbrella term. Cultural trends is an umbrella term for fashion. The LSAT commonly uses abstract language in their questions. Ex) If a stimulus discusses something about rain, it is logical for an answer to say "environmental factors" (since it's an umbrella term). Hope this helps :)

When you blind review, do you have the "suggested for review" setting on where 7sage marks which ones you should review? I found that when I turned it off, my blind reviews were a lot lower than when I had it on. Overtime, my reviews obvs took longer but I got higher marks within a week because it forced me to be more confident in my answers which naturally made me faster.
