For question 4, "detecting planets outside our solar system requires more sophisticated instruments than are currently available", I came up with this answer:

1) Sophisticated instruments currently available vs. sophisticated instruments currently unavailable

2) Which one will detect planets outside our solar system

3) Sophisticated instruments currently unavailable.

I know it was mentioned that the answer could be broken down in multiple ways, so would this be considered correct or incorrect? It'd be great to hear from someone who got something similar or, like, an admin or something.

For question #5, I correctly identified the second and third part in my answer, but I struggled with the first part about the two things being compared. My answer was that it was "the rights of future generations to have their artistic heritage preserved vs. the right of living individuals to have their artistic heritage preserved." However, after looking at the correct answers provided, the first part is "the right of future generations to have their artistic heritage preserved vs. the rights of people currently alive (to do things that would damage the artistic heritage of future generations)."

I understand that the LSAT tends to test implied comparative relationships, which we've gone over in previous lessons, but I’m unclear about where the assumption that living individuals might damage future generations’ artistic heritage comes from. There’s no context in the prompt to suggest anything of the sort, so why is this assumption considered valid? What’s the reasoning behind interpreting the statement in this way? Is what I originally answered with considered wrong?

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago, I made sure to transfer my account from the old website to the new one. I also reviewed all the lessons in the new platform's Core Curriculum that I had already completed on the old site, just to ensure I was fully up to date with my studies. However, after taking a short break, I logged back in today and found that I can no longer access any of the lessons- despite having already transferred my account and being actively billed. In the top right corner of the screen, it says, "You either need to purchase LawHub Advantage or activate it to access 7Sage subscription content." This wasn’t required before, and now it seems I’m being asked to pay an additional $120/year for a LawHub Advantage account just to access content I’ve already paid for. I’d appreciate it if someone could get back to me about what could possibly be going on.
