One thing that helps me from getting distracted by answers intended to confuse/appeal to bias is I read the stimulus and then, without looking at the answer choices, figure out what must be true and look for a paraphrased version of that

It says Disney Vacation club members MUST do 2 or 3, and Walt IS a DVC member. Perhaps someone who is not a DVC member could still access the fast pass through other means, but that is irrelevant in this case since Walt is a member and these requirements apply to all members
