Im not sure there is already an active study group for this, but if anyone wants to get together and go through some common LR questions types and share some tips and tricks for best strategizing methods, that would be awesome! Some of the live classes kinda do this and they have super helpful seeing how others walk through questions.
Hey, from what I understand Dr.Laforte could not disagree on the basis that we don't know Dr. L's stance based on what they said, they would be neutral. All that the Dr. L says is that basically under nationalized healthcare everyone has equal access and because everyone has equal access, their rights are not denied. On the contrary, private healthcare, because the poor can't get access to basic healthcare, they are denied that right. But, (this the part that confused me too at first) Equal access does not guarantee treatment. So it could be the case that someone under nationalized insurance has access to treatment but is denied for XYZ reason. Hopefully someone can confirm this, incase I may be wrong but I hope that it helps a little!
