#help

the female cats can't contract disease X (according ac A) and they have the same size nucleus as the male cats who have disease X (according to the stimulus)

one case: the size of nucleus has a relation with disease X (male cats)

another case: the size of nucleus doesn't have a relation with disease X (female cats)

doesn't this weaken the argument that "the size of IN determines if can contract disease X"? by destroying the correlation?

phenomenon:

(for the last 25 years) what ppl pay for new cars > what ppl earn, averagely

conclusion:

(for the last 25 years) so, a person who buy a new car today is spending more than what they earn.

25 yrs ago: Steve spent $$ out of $$$ of their earning for a new car

25 yrs later: Steve spends $$$$ out of $$$ of their earning for a new car

so Steve spent more than what he would 25 yrs ago for a new car.

the thing is:

the average price for new cars is composed by who? (individuals, companies, organizations, or all?)

the average individual income is composed by who? (ppl who buy new cars or ppl who don't buy cars, or both?)

the conclusion talks about individual who buys new cars, but we don't know what porportion Steve's income takes in the all sales.

#help what does "out-of-province expenditures" mean? what does it imply? I read many comments for ac E but I still couldn't comprehend why a out-of-province expenditures would be helpful, if it's out of province, then the province in the argument wouldn't benefit any, right?

conclusion: the PRIMARY CAUSE of the declining amphibian population is the DEPLETION OF THE OZONE LAYER

A: doesn't mention the ozone depletion related content, it adds nothing. we're already informed by the stimulus that UV-B damage genes. we don't care if it's the only damaging. why does it matter if other lights are let in, it the depletion of ozone layer causing the problem

C. where it depletes, population declines

D. eliminating alternative cause (human damaging their natrual habitat)

#help so if (A) doesn't say "most" it would be correct? it's a valid contrapositive without "most"

lol I eliminated A immediately because "ignore" and "fail to consider" means very different things to me

in the stimulus it sounds more of unintentional inconsideration while the answer choice sounds like the scientist ignored it knowingly.
