I think it depends what type of learner you are. The Loophole for me was full of distracting fluff language and all of the meticulous worksheet-style that in the end made me over think things so much my LR scores started to drop. It made me think of everything so much like equations that I temporarily forgot good old common sense.

Howdy, working on an application that asks if I have ever been dismissed, discharged, or requested to resign from my employer. I currently have it listed on my resume that I was part of a mass covid layoff, but should I also/only write it here? Thinking I'm probably not alone here. :D Thanks!!
Exact same thing happened to me with LG a few months ago. I took a week or so off of doing games and just went back to the beginning and re-learned some of the basics and got right back to -0/-1 within a couple of weeks. Also would watch loads of videos and do them step by step which reminded me of simple steps that I was starting to take for granted. You 100% know this, don't let yourself get defeated or burnt out. It's in there already!!
