I have an earlier LSAT score of 167. I took the October LSAT yesterday but am afraid it's still not higher than 167. Should I wait to submit app if I plan to take the November test? I'm thinking of submitting app with the 167 score (or a higher score of my October test) in early November, or wait until my November test score comes out. My target is to apply for the Top 30.

I also had the proctor issues. I was connected with a proctor in the first place after a ~15-min waiting, then they suddenly disappeared after the id check, saying nothing in advance. I waited for another 20min to be connected with a new proctor. This one disappeared after the room scan. I waited for another 40min, then the same proctor was back and said she lost her connection and was sorry about that. I was already exhausted waiting before the exam really started. After the break, I also waited for over 20min for my proctor to proceed the check in. I had waited for almost 2h, seated and doing nothing.
Thanks @ ! That's a good point. I heard of this as well. I remember some schools claim that they would review applications based on the scores on file and some others say I could email to request reviewing based on an earlier score.

No. Deans of HLS and YLS are on record saying they don't want an addendum for this. You clearly studied more or didn't have a previous obstruction. Either way, admissions committees don't want addenda for this!
That's good to know. Thanks for your firm answer!
Just canceled my November LSAT. So relieved I don't need to take next week's LSAT since I haven't quite practiced after the October test. Should I write an addendum to explain this score increase? The core reason is just that I was in poor health condition last time when I took the test in August.
Congrats!
