Hi! i haven't personally taken tests with accommodations before but I have seen comments saying that the proctor must be the one to pause for you. You would simply grab their attention by speaking/notifying them to stop the time. Hopefully someone can verify if this is true or not, but GOOD LUCK ON YOUR TEST!!!
