Real Score vs. Blind Review

Hey everyone! I am about a month out from the October LSAT and am still not where I want to be. I am not doing great when I take a full PT but in my blind review my score shoots up to over what I want. I am wondering if anyone has any tips or if anyone has struggled with this and gotten out of it!
