I don't think that's a bad thing at all and I have seen tons of personal statements where people don't bring up the specific kind of law they want to practice. While I personally have an idea of practice areas I'm interested in, I still opted to not include or focus my personal statement on that. Now, I would not advise you to explicitly say, "I don't know what I want to do." But I think a good route to explore is focusing on how an experience(s) helped refine certain skills that are valuable in the legal field or how they helped broadly solidify your "why law."
