I got caught up on this question because of the word "but". I was thinking that it concluded that everything above was context and that the conclusion was "they will eventually discount all words of commendation." Additionally I was caught up between answer choices B and D but thought D was too simple/easy. Any recommendations for recognizing that the first sentence might be the conclusion?

Yess! I was finally able to see days and times and hit reserve time but then never got a confirmation. I have no idea if it worked but the day and time went under my name on the right hand side of prometric. In the queue again to see if it is still there. This is so awful, I wish they would've stayed with proctoru like the June test :(
