Is there much known about how scores differ between an unpublished/international LSAT compared to the typical one done that has a curve? If less people take it would that not mean that a raw score/scale score on an international test isn't completely comparable to one done in the US?

I can't believe I've spent nearly an entire day pressing F5 on a single web page haha
I keep going between thinking the worst to thinking I may have done quite a bit better than I thought..
Will the score just eventually show up on the site out of the blue? I'm starting to think scores will be released 9am est (midnight aest)

Thank you otherwise it will be resit for better score
That is a good way to look at it, always be able to have another attempt. Upside is I think Monash has mid year intake so you wont have to wait a whole year like for Melbourne JD
I hope you get the score you want :) results are imminent documents have turned grey

This LSAT score will determine my admission into JD course, so it must be well above 150 to make it a safe entrance
What's your WAM? You could always go to non-LSAT law school in Aus like Monash or Deakin. I've heard of people getting into unimelb JD with a 140 but very high 70-80+ WAM and possibly a grad access app too

OMG, scores not released yet, so anxious!!!
Right? That's why I wanted LSAC to announce the exact time of the release like they did for July and September LSATs in North America! haha ;)
It would be nice! I'm thinking they wont release it until its the 31st est
I got exams I need to study for but I can't concentrate with this impending release -.-
Should be any moment, I go between wanting scores released or wanting to wait out a bit longer haha. I read someone say 4pm aest is likely latest they will release, so maybe 5 hours max of waiting
I read somewhere that this year international tests are often released around 7pm est, so that's like 10am aest
I didn't put a heap of study into my LSAT prep so I get what score I deserve really. 2LR would have been nice, 3 has made it hard to determine which one was experimental (I don't think anyone is even sure?). My RC first two passages were good, rest bad. LG not too good either but LR 2 and 3 did well I think.
I know we have to be patient but I just wanna know what I got. Its almost reminiscent of the anticipation on Christmas eve as a kid except instead of wondering if you got an xbox or a bike you get a surprise which is either elation or cruhsing disappointment lol
Oh I thought by your other post that some people may have started getting scores released!
Are the results coming out now?
There abouts yeah. If first LR wasn't experimental I don't think I'll be too happy with my score
It seems to hover around 55-57 raw to get a 150

Yeah correct! So the Preptest is North America and Australia are totally different questions and contexts
Wait the preptest are the exact same I'm pretty sure? I was under the belief that only the disclosed tests (those sat in the US) were the ones that became 'preptests'.

Oh so you didn't have these is your RC section?
UN Declaration/Silk production/Value theory/Bipedalism
"PrepTest" refers to a actual LSAT administered in North America and released by LSAC as a practice test, so there are no PrepTests released for tests outside North America as they are nondisclosed.
I had that as my RC section, I believe everyone who sat the October 2018 international did

I hope LSAC can announce when exactly they're going to start releasing scores on Twitter like they did for July and September LSATs in North America.
The projected date is the 31st (not sure if that's accounting for Aus calender). Apparently this year, from what I've read, the LSAT hasn't been released early and has always come out on the projected date, so likely 2 more days
No too much longer now! I think I got a shot at getting my target score if the first LR was an experimental, I guess I'll find out either way soon
Thanks everyone for the replies and useful links! I did some quick reading pertaining to the topic but I couldn't find out much specifically about unpublished tests (I should have looked harder or extrapolated). It definitely makes sense that international scores are the same as domestic tests, otherwise you could just fly overseas for an easy boost in score. Fortunately for where I want to go I only need a 150, fingers crossed I get that
Since this isn't the typical sat LSAT does that mean the curve and raw scores to scale score will be different?
You can only try your best and whatever happens, happens. Worrying too much will be detrimental. Try focusing on something else when you aren't studying, like take up a fun new hobby or anything that is an enjoyable distraction. There's always another LSAT, so even if you don't get the score you want this time around there will be another opportunity to try again.

Very hard to get in. But considering UniMelb as one of my options.
You got a really good shot if you have a WAM 70-75%+ and LSAT 150+

okay. Make sense now. But I am indeed sure that mine started 25 questions, then 26 questions then 25. The second that you could not remember was my third section which I believed it was experimental section where there was Neanderthals (Anthropology) question etc. Some people had same as me too, 25-26-25 (for LR)
That's interesting. They must jumble it up for everyone then. Still hoping my 1st LR was experimental! Are you aiming for MLS next year?
I think that's something worth an email or call to LSAC about
Congrats to everyone who got the score they wanted and there's always another test for those who missed out on the score they were hoping for :)

I think LSAC will start releasing at 9am ET (GMT-04:00) like they did for September 2018 LSAT. Or they might release at 5pm ET, which is already November 1 in Asia/Australia & New Zealand
I hope its 9am et, I've had way too much of an unproductive day being distracted with the release of scores
