Admins needs to either reteach this question as a Main Conclusion or Re-Film the explanation to explain how it's an MSS. It's really not–– which is fine since it was a real LSAT question, but it's not good to lead us along like this
I got this right both timed and blind, but I needed to watch the explanation.
I was between C and D like most other folks.
You don't know the "size" is smaller but it makes sense that they probably are. I think something here that helped me get rid of C was just how vague this part was and how MORE SUPPORTED D was.
I identified the passage's conclusion correctly –– but I still put A. Can someone help me?
Why is B correct even though the B) referring to "earthquake data" is not explicitly mentioned at all in the passage? It's the absence of that data that is confusing scientists leaving one thing remaining mysterious... There is no mention of "earthquake data" in the passage.
I understand it's not A because that's simply paraphrasing a premise, but I feel like all the other questions are so much more wrong.
