I understand why D is wrong (the answer I chose) but I'm still not following the reasoning behind why C is correct.

I like to use this app called "Goodnotes" where I can screen shot the example phrases and imput them on the there to better organize my notes and also highlight and underline the more important concepts. Highly recommend it!
