Hi friend, I struggled with consistency for awhile. I had a rigid routine (waking up at 5am to study) but would notice I would burnout with that kind of structure and then was afraid of burning out and didnt study as much as I would have liked. It's all about finding the balance that works for you. I realized for me it is not about studying at the same hour each day but making progress each day. I'm in a place now thankfully where I am consistently studying. I take days off if I need to, but Sundays are always my day off to rest. I change up how I study such as watching recorded videos, the 7sage youtube, using the games on the app which I can use anywhere, changing the environment where I study (coffee shop or different place in my home). I also make sure I am not neglecting my personal life such as hanging out with friends, going to workout classes, reading books I like etc. Give yourself a dedicated hour each day and if that's even too much start with 30 mins of focused studying. Fit in studying where you can, use the 7sage app on your phone or listen to the podcast in your car. Also eliminate things that can take up your time like social media or watching TV. The sacrifices you make now will only help you for your future. I would also add in things to work on your mindset like affirmations, meditation, prayer if that suits you. The goal is to be centered during this journey which will lead to being motivated to be consistent. Hope this helps! Take what works and leave what doesn't, remember everyone is not built the same and it takes time to build consistency. You'll figure this thing out!
