For D, why don't you negate the "sometimes" to never? I thought for NA you had to negate some to none.

1st sentence says ppl came down with an illness caused by a type of bacteria in seafood (a broad term) — Isn’t this saying this bacteria exists in all seafood? (like if I say there's a type of toxic poison in pufferfish, it means all pufferfish have this poison as a default, regardless of the type of pufferfish). or does the 1st sent just mean there's a bac in seafood that can sometimes appear/sometimes not (but wouldn't that be stated)?

???? the 1st sentence says people came down with an illness caused by a type of bacteria in seafood -- Isn't this saying the bacteria is in ALL types of seafood ("seafood" is a broad term encompassing all varieties of it).. So E makes no sense to me... the particular type of seafood wouldn't matter bc based on the 1st sentence, shouldn't all seafood types have this bacteria that makes people ill? Or am i misinterpreting the 1st sentence lol

#help Why is D correct...? I get that if the inspectors happened to choose a lot more defectives than they normally would in the total population it would make your defective % would go up... but for this explanation to work, wouldn't you have to assume that inspectors choosing items they SUSPECT are defective equals them ACTUALLY choosing defective items? What if most of the items they suspect are defective turn out to be non defective.. then this AC wouldn't weaken..

Was anyone's search bar on reading comp ridiculously slow that it was basically unusable? I tried to search a word and one letter would take about 1-2 seconds to actually show up, so writing out the entire word took so long and lagged really bad-- ended up just not even using the feature which sucked

We are given a tablet?

There's articles online from Kaplan that says this about the digital lsat:

"Test-takers are given a tablet, blank test booklet, and stylus/pen for test-taking."

Is this true?

Can I use an iPad

Can we use an ipad on the digital lsats? I'm confused how we're supposed to highlight or do any marking quickly if we have to use a mouse on a laptop rather than a stylus that can function like a pen

#help I thought E would weaken bc doesn't it provide an alternative explanation for why there are more broken bones in caffeine drinkers? Maybe these caffeine drinkers also love calcium filled drinks, so they get a lot of calcium from other sources which makes them excrete more, which makes their bones more brittle.. so rather than the caffeine, it's that they are consuming more calcium which is causing the brittle bone

Does anyone have any tips of when to rely solely on conditional lawgic vs/ just general intuition. Like this question had logical indicators, but it wasn't really used to eliminate answer choices but I spent so much time trying to find the same lawgical makeup from the answer choices
