Search whichever school you are interested in and their 509 report. It contains info on how much $ is given, which percentile, etc.

You could always look for possibly a teacher assistant or mentor. It’s imperative that you have someone that can speak to your specific classroom ability.
Any advice on perfecting RC? Currently pt'ing around -3,-4.
The strategy I used was to watch the lessons in cc then immediately drill practice sets of that question type. I’m not sure your numbers, but it’s best to look through the analytics page and hunker down on the weaknesses.
