I feel like the way to understand and distinguish between C and D is subjective honestly considering you have to make an assumption in C as well - that telekinetic powers are desirable and/or advantageous. I hate this question lol. I was stuck between C and D and just selected C at the end honestly but it could have gone either way.

I think by parallel content they meant parallel the reasoning (like they ask us to in this question) vs. the parallel structure questions where we should focus on the actual structure of the argument and less on what the content/reasoning of the argument actually is. Yes, this is an important distinction to make in my opinion Vziment. In questions like this one the content/reasoning very much so mattered.
