@ login into LSAC, once on the home page scroll down to the section titled "LSAT Registrations." Under that, click the second option that says, "View LSAT Registrations & Statuses." Then under "My LSAT administrations" you will see a hyperlink that says, something like "File a formal test day complaint." Click on it and then just fill out that form and submit.
