Would it make sense to say that C is wrong because Engle doesn't assume that McKinley thinks that the Placebo will have no effects. McKinley never said the placebo would have no effects, McKinley just said that the drug will have specific effects on the patients bodies that will enable researchers to know that they are on the drug. He says nothing about what effects the placebo will or will not have, therefore you cannot assume that Mckinley thought the placebo will produce no effects.
I would be down depending on when/where we would meet.
