I would like to add to the suggestions above. I also had a 15 point PT BR gap and it was extremely frustrating. What closed my gap from 15 points to 5 points was warming up before every PT and on the test day. There are plenty of warm up strategies on the forums here. I stuck to the standard 1 game 1 passage and 10 LR.
Good Luck
Similar to some of the people below, I also had some issues with this question. I was wondering if anyone could answer/ give further guidance to the comment by LawyeringLu.
Thanks
"So, I was torn between answer choice A and E and i selected A only because E felt like a restatement of the context. If the conclusion is “Self knowledge (about their real wants) is not the easiest kind of knowledge for people to acquire, i’m not seeing how “People are not reliable authorities about what they really want” is a restatement of that. Maybe i was too locked into the idea of pushing the context aside when approaching main point questions? Because answer choice E so closely resembled the wording of the context, was why i concluded it had to be wrong even though it intuitively felt like the right answer…hmm…Can anyone break this down further for me please."
I have also been hit by the wait-list wave. I got wait-listed at Columbia, Georgetown, and UCLA all this week. I applied mid-December so it might be the large amount of applications.
