I'm still working through the curriculum, but I would love to participate in this weekly PT as soon as I'm finished and ready to take full PTs!

Had no clue what to do with this question since I don't know what a rebate is!! >:(

Answer choice D threw me off since I figured that the sentence from the stim "all things being equal" meant that the two groups were being compared only by their happiness in relation to pets rather than other factors. Did anyone else get that same thought?
