I used to skip over them on Blind Review but the reason why you shouldn't is because there are def some patterns in RC passages. For example, recognizing two contrasting opinions and which one the author sides with, or supporting arguments for why a certain policy is better (or worse). It really ends up just being a long Logical Reasoning passage. You also want to get the most out of each test because once you burn through it then it doesn't hold the same value.

I totally understand this once its drawn out with symbolic logic, maybe I need to illustrate the conclusions a bit more
So the way I took it was by saying to myself "ok the author didn't give her two cents about why she agrees or disagrees, I could imagine her just kinda nodding her head yes while reading this, so shes low key agreeing without explicitly saying it"
