I think I tried highlighting on one pt. I ended up highlighting the wrong lines or too much and it was a very distracting. I don’t highlight anything now.

Im not sure if your familiar with the UFC but when prepping for fights a typical fighter has a training camp 6 months before the fight. The camps are super intense involving lots of sparring (practice fights) and drilling technique. The last week before the fight though, a fighter usually does very light cardio and extremely light drilling. This allows the fighters body to fully recover and “peak” before fight night. Heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic said he doesn’t do much of anything two weeks before the fight. He said something like “I just had a 6 month camp and I I’ve been fighting all my life. I know how to fight.” This is an approach you can take to the lsat. It sounds like you’ve been studying very hard these last months.3 pts a week is very taxing. Just let your body rest, and do a few practice questions as you see fit. No practice tests no vigorous work. Let your brain peak for fight night !

What really helped me was I would watch the video and do the games alongside JY while pausing etc. Then I would wait a day to practice the game on my own. This helped because it didn’t allow me to just speed read through the stimulus and rules while fool-proofing immediately after the video. This helps you connect the way in which the lsat words the stimulus and how you should interpret it into rules and inferences.

When I was just remembering rules JY came up with, I would just breeze through the stim when fool-proofing and regurgitate what JY did with out really thinking about why I was doing it. I think this explained my early struggles when encountering new logic games. By not focusing attention on the stimulus and Interpreting it in a way that made sense to me during my fool-proofing, I wasn’t able to see how the new games I was seeing were similar to older games I had seen.

I hope this made sense and sorry for the ramble! Good luck !
