Could you clarify what context is as opposed to 'other' info and if it has anything to do at all with the conclusion and premise?as far as I understood context is that it sets a particular view about the subject in a different perspective apart from the way the author sees the subject.
First off, I know it was a time sink and I know the answer was A but I picked B because I cant justify why A was right and I probably have not understood the passage real well.
Anna's tone is definitely misleading, it seem poor worded until you read her reply. I chose the popular answer choice C as well only to find that I read her statement in the wrong tone, you thought its the store surcharge against the rental which goes to the video store alone and definitely not royalty, tricky wording there LSAT.
Any books that you may recommend? I have Principles of Property Law although its Canadian by Bruce Ziff.
