I am so confused. The stimulus presents two conditions, which says, the department will not be funded if less than 50 more for hire AND 25% or more materials duplicated from another department. the condition didn't say OR so that means for a department to be approved it must meet both are requirements, so the confusion is that why would A be the answer if the proposed department already failed to satisfy one of the two conditions.

I've read every comment explaining why A is not the correct answer, but still not convinced that I get it. I get why B would be the correct answer, but I don't understand why A is also not correct

The proctor was really pleasant. LG and LR was fairly easy, but RC broke me. Good thing I registered for October exam.

Currently scoring around low 160's. Highest 166. Would love to join the study group to get different perspectives on how to improve the score.
