I don't know if I am doing this totally correctly, but it would be something like, "Acquiring expensive new tastes is immoral and expensive. This is because these new tastes cost a lot of money and contravene morality."

My understanding of a circular argument is that it is tautological in that the same thing is being repeated twice. Hope this helps!
