Ah thank you! Also I'm dumb I just noticed it also really clearly states on the LSAC website that reading aloud is strictly prohibited on the LSATFlex.

Hello all,

I couldn't find any info in the forums but it's really helpful for me to read out loud during RC and talk to myself during LR. Normally I stop myself from doing this because you obv can't during the normal LSAT. BUT now that it's online and in my home I'm assuming I can do this? Just wanted to double check that the proctor ppl won't flag me for it before I get used to it.

Thank you!

Omg I'm so thankful that you posted this, I'm in asia at the moment so I'm in the literal same situation of having to pick from 5pm-8am Th-Fr (seriously so gutted we can't write it on a weekend) I work full-time and the thought of having to write the LSAT after teaching my 3rd graders all day is horrific...but then also if I do it Friday morning, I'm worried any issues with proctorU will delay the test time possibly and I won't be able to make it in time for work on Friday!

My only option it seems at this point is writing it super early Friday morning (maybe 5 am) which is...not ideal. But hey if we start changing our schedules/habits now I'm sure it'll be ok (esp as you've said you're a morning person) Maybe it's time to start waking up at 4 ugh

Personally, I think I'm a better performer after a sleep even if its short/awkward vs at the end of the day before sleeping.

But yeah good luck! Just have to make the best of it and habituate towards that time going forward.

Not sure what level of organization you like, but I write in a physical notebook! I sometimes literally fill up a page or two on one question so I feel like I'd get super overwhelmed with it all in a spreadsheet too! I pin the questions I get wrong or it's already recorded if I've done a PT in 7sage electronically, but maybe just using a spreadsheet to note down what page in your notebook you've wrote in could be helpful and not as chaotic?

Thank you!! I think I just needed to hear that to not feel guilty of only doing one and not both haha! But interesting, I do really enjoy the feedback and data like the PT tracking etc, might subscribe anyway to use that!

hey I'm an international taker to and I was able to buy it off the official site: https://elementalprep.com/the-loophole-in-lsat-logical-reasoning/

It ships by DHL to almost every country! It took I think about 6 weeks. The one problem is that shipping costs about as much as the book, but I thought it was a worthwhile investment! :)

Otherwise, maybe slowing down and doing a deep analysis of which LR questions you're getting wrong, religiously keeping a wrong answer journal, revisiting the core curriculum or doing drills of specific LR sets might be a good place to find some progress! Or if all of that isn't working, private tutoring would be helpful to find gaps in your understanding even you aren't aware of.

i'm in south korea right now too and looking for tutors, I'd really love the list too please!

Hello all!

Please be brutally honest, I scored a 161 in 2019 and have decided to retake this June and October (I'm in Asia currently so these are the only available dates coming up). My goal is 170, but tbh if I can get high 160s I'd be pretty happy too!

Last time I wrote it, I did Khan academy and free 7Sage (and then did the free trial for 2 weeks before my LSAT lol) because honestly I wasn't committed to Law yet and didn't want to spend time or money. Horrible, I know but this time I've fully committed and will be applying this September 100% (to Canadian law schools btw).

My question is, I have about 3 months until June 12th, what should I do?

I bought LSAT trainer, and have started their schedule but it seems rlly chill? They expect about 10-12hrs a week, and I'm assuming this insufficient for making true progress to a 170? How much time do I need to put in daily?

Also I wonder if doing LSAT trainer AND buying 7sage would be repetitive or overkill? I think the reason I started using the LSAT trainer book was because I love writing in it and having a concrete solid object in front of me vs the internet, but I know 7Sage is super effective as well? IDK I'm honestly just really lost on how best to prepare. Also, I'm unsure if I should do a private tutor, or wait until I get my June score and get a tutor for October.

My struggle areas go from RC(-8) > LR(-5/-6) > LG (-4) based on the 2019 LSAT.

Thanks for reading all this, I'm clearly a hot mess rn but want to get my shit together! TIA

literally I'm in the same boat, working full time and retaking it for the second time in June! Last time I wrote it, I was super cheap and didn't want to spend any money on books/courses. But sigh just bought the LSAT trainer, and am considering private tutoring? Also, will probably buy the full 7sage this time as well!

Curious to see some study schedules as well!!
