I think this may be invalid for the same reason as example 2 in the video.

We don't have enough information to draw that conclusion. Can he not sing the song after the call? Is it the first thing he does in the day? Can he not choose to ignore a call if he hasn't sang the Lazy Song?

Theres too much ambiguity in the timing for that to be a valid argument.
