Doesn't Powerscore show an updated Flex score conversion? I don't know if 7Sage has the updated flex scoring.

Should I take November or January test?

I have been studying since June. I am currently finishishing up sequencing games and I am scheduled for the November LSAT. Do you think approximately two months of prep-tests will be enough if I finish core curriculum by mid-September?

I am realistically trying to get above a 170 but so is everyone else.

I don't think it matters what your definition of a "social drinker" is. I think the point is that M thinks heavy drinkers are the biggest issue. S seems to think social drinkers are the biggest issue. I think they use those two terms specifically to give some sort of separation. But that is the only hint they give. Everything else to me just seemed like random crap to add in to confuse us through details.

I understood A to be wrong because, although the choice in words is similar to the stimulus, AC A was not the point at issue (I know, obviously).

W's conclusion is that there is no gene that can predict or show manic depression, if current research is correct. C's issue is that scientists have found several genes to to predict or show manic depression.

AC A is wrong because even though there is a set of several genes in the stimulus and AC, the stimulus says that there is a complex interaction between a set of several genes. So just because that set of several genes is there doesn't necessarily mean that the complex interaction will always happen. I think that's the difference between AC A and the stimulus. Also, A just isn't as good as D lol.

So companies with fixed-percentage models tend to be much more careful in their estimates and ending costs as they are being constantly watched by their clients due to the fact that higher costs mean higher profits for the company.

Companies with fixed-profit models make money regardless, so little or big problems here and there resulting in larger costs can happen more often for the duration of their work as they are not as incentivized to make sure their estimated costs will be the same as ending costs.

I hope I am understanding that correctly.

C is correct because all of the other answer choices would affect SALES. An increase in production costs does not tell us anything about sales. If there was an increase in production costs, its possible that the company was able to cover the extra cost and still produce the same amount of soft-drinks they had been producing previously. It does not really explain why SALES dropped. That is why C is correct. Also because, like I said, every other answer choice showed how sales dropped.

I know this has been asked already, but that was 6 years ago. I am on the weakening part of the syllabus and there are 15 problem sets. I feel kind of comfortable almost halfway through, so I get the urge to move on. However, I am not sure if that is a good strategy. Do you guys move on to another section in order to save some problem sets for later?
