I’m 41, I’ve been a welder, a truck driver, a photographer and a picture framer. I’m finally ready to finish my BS, and start law fall ‘19. You’re not alone. Try to find the other nontraditionals, (which includes more typically-aged students if they have kids or are first-generation). We’re all here with more intentionality, and can be a great support for each other. Congratulations to everyone here for deciding what to do with your life! Better late than never! Plus, we’ll appreciate it all the more when we work so much harder for it.

I disagree with JY about 23 (B). I think it's a distinctly wrong answer because (B) says "documents ... led to ... revision", while the passage describes documents as the source of the old ideas, not the new ones.

I followed most of the analysis, and it mostly mirrored my own. However, it seems to me that the bulk of the passage is building up to a strong argument for the potential conclusion of'B is not violating current law', but the author gives the tangentially related conclusion 'therefore we should not change the law'. It's a sentiment I agree with, but it's in no way supported by the premises given in the passage. Does this bother anyone else?

This is definitely one of the harder questions, and the stats on the results page show that more people (including myself) chose (C) over (B). I think that the "brain imaging studies" mentioned in Passage A are neurological research, and that the mention in the last paragraph of Passage B is clearly referencing research not mentioned here. In short, I'm not at all convinced that (C) is wrong, but I can concede that (B) is just slightly more right.
