I studied for two months before YOLO taking the exam in April. Just like you I was PTing in mid 160s before 80s, and the 80s prep test just tanked my PT score. In fact, my last two PT score before April exam were both 155. In the actual April exam, I got 166.
Here's my take about 80s PT: In average it's a little easier, but there are couple PTs that are insanely hard. These PTs are balanced out with some easy PTs, but those few hard PTs are really really insanely hard.
#help I still don't get why C is correct. C says "unless' which means if there is a new site construction, there must have been an extension of natural gas pipeline under C. But other factors could've changed such as discovery of new water or residents suddenly migrating.
#help Can someone explain Q11 AC B more? JY says Passage B implies it in the text, but in the text, it literally says "It's convenient when the actual events adequately convey the emotional experience, but sometimes they don't and the writer has to choose." This means that there is sometimes a case, an author can write a good autobiography without needing to tell a lie, because the truth is so awesome already.
UCI's Big Law number is about 25.9% of 69.9% full time bar passage required 2020 graduate. Whether that's high or too low is how you see it.
Personally I don't think R&R is not a great idea as it's hard to predict what will happen next year. I think you are assuming next cycle will be equal or easier than this year, but I'm sure that's what last year's R&R people thought too.
Why did you get interested in Big Law so suddenly?

Not sure why question 7 is D...isn't the text arguing 80s latina writers revolutionized by making it more acceptable to have a unique style? So if anything, doesn't having 19th-century writers be unknown help the main text's argument?
