Hi everyone!
I just tried to take the writing exam and it did not work at all ( I couldn't even pass the ID test). Although my face was shown on the right hand corner (so my camera was working), nothing happened with the grey box (which I think your ID is suppose to show/be??). I reached out to PSI and after over an hour of tech help, they still couldn't resolve the issue. Did anyone experience anything similar and managed to solve the problem? In the end, they said it was my wifi but checking through ProctorU, it says my download speed is about 10x the minimum. Very confused so any advice is appreciated.

I think sometimes the pressure of knowing you did bad on a previous game set will transfer into worse performance on the one you're working on now - I definitely noticed the same with my RC performance (usually score -2-3, and then got three -7 in a row). I just stopped, relaxed, and came back a few days later and I've been back at the -2/3 range!
