I am stuck between C and E as answer choices. In this question, they compare two groups - intensive supervision of criminals released on parole and routine supervision. I chose E - that the assumption is that one group doesn't have far more criminals than another. Is this not a valid concern when the premise draws from a percentage? That one group will have more data than the other? Thanks!
